Hi, I’m Joy Edwards, a passionate Christian photographer and videographer based in the beautiful city of Columbus, GA! With years of experience behind the lens and a recent graduation from the New York Institute of Photography in April 2025, I bring both skill and heart to every project I take on.


My work spans a wide range of creative areas, including portrait, family, engagement, branding, sports, and both photography and videography. Whether I’m capturing a candid smile, telling a brand’s story, or freezing an action-packed moment, my goal is always the same: to highlight the beauty, emotion, and uniqueness of every subject.


I’m drawn to color, vibrancy, close-ups, and visual storytelling. Through every shot, I aim to reflect God’s creativity and light.

Thank you, Joy, for such a wonderful experience celebrating my 60th birthday with beautiful options! My family found it hard to choose common favorites; a great problem to have. Good thing the price was reasonable, so I could get all of their faves and mine! Plus, the turnaround was only a week from photo shoot to review, to final product.
